Privacy

Last updated 2026-09-17

dote is a service of Elmmly LLC ("we"). This is the privacy policy for dote's marketing sites: dote.health, letsdote.co, and askdote.com. They are pre-launch: they tell you about dote and let you join an early-access list. They do not collect health information.

What we collect

What we do not collect

No health, medical, or clinical information. These sites are marketing only. The dote product and its health records are separate and will have their own privacy terms when they launch.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can decline, and analytics still runs without them, just with less detail. Your choice is stored on your device, not on our servers.

Analytics and your browser's privacy signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a request to keep analytics off, and we do not turn it on.

Who we share it with

Google, for the analytics described above. Cloudflare, which hosts dote.health and stores early-access emails. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Early-access emails until dote opens or you ask us to remove yours. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' retention settings.

Your choices

Decline analytics any time from the banner. Ask us to delete your email any time at [email protected], and we will.

California residents

Elmmly LLC is based in California. Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to delete it, and you can count on us not selling it. To make a request, email [email protected].

Children

dote.health is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
